Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Laced Up Chicago is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim
